Priceline Hotel Greeted Us With Broken Kids Amenities, Full Refund Needed

I booked a family vacation through Priceline, expecting the advertised amenities to be accurate. However, upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that key children's facilities, including the pool, were either under construction or closed. The hotel claimed the changes were recent, but this hardly justified the situation. With no suitable activities for our children, our entire vacation was compromised. When we requested a full refund to reflect the significant discrepancy between the advertised and actual experience, Priceline shockingly offered only a 20% refund. It feels like Priceline has failed in its responsibility to accurately represent the hotels listed on its platform.
