I took my Prada women's sunglasses to Optimum Sunglass due to discoloration on the frame. After three days, they called me to pick them up, claiming it was a 'user error.' I was told that I shouldn’t have used the sunglasses at the beach—even though I never did since I have a backup pair. Moreover, as a product meant for sun protection, using them outdoors shouldn’t be an issue. They should have informed me of these so-called restrictions when I bought them; otherwise, I wouldn’t have purchased them. I was also told not to sweat while wearing them, which is absurd for a high-end product. Even cheaper brands wouldn't have given me such trouble.
