Paint Peeling and Wrong Lenses Installed on Prada and Bulgari Glasses

90

I bought a Prada frame based on a friend's recommendation. About two months later, the paint on the frame started peeling. I returned to the store, explained the issue, and they sent it to the manufacturer. A week later, they offered me a Bulgari frame instead, as Prada was unavailable. I accepted, but after five months, the paint on the Bulgari frame started peeling too. I went back, and once again, they sent it to the company. When I picked up the glasses, my vision was blurry, especially up close. I thought it would improve after a few hours, but it didn’t. I called the store multiple times before they finally answered. I told them they must have installed the wrong lenses because I still couldn’t see clearly. It turns out they mixed up the lenses—left to right and right to left. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking. When I returned, the employee casually said, "It might have been a mistake," without showing much concern.
