I bought a pair of Prada sunglasses from Boyner a month ago, and after just one use, the frame's paint started peeling. When I sent them for inspection, the claim was rejected as a "user error." However, when I contacted the main distributor, they explained that sometimes a production error can cause such issues, even if not all products in the batch are affected.
