Prada Sunglasses Peeling After One Use – Denied Replacement

Prada Sunglasses Peeling After One Use – Denied Replacement
61

I bought a pair of Prada sunglasses from Boyner a month ago, and after just one use, the frame's paint started peeling. When I sent them for inspection, the claim was rejected as a "user error." However, when I contacted the main distributor, they explained that sometimes a production error can cause such issues, even if not all products in the batch are affected. They confirmed that it’s likely a manufacturing defect and assured me that if I had purchased from them, they would have replaced the product without hesitation. Unfortunately, they said they can’t intervene with Boyner's policies. My sunglasses have been sent for a second inspection, but I completely refuse to accept this as a user error, especially after just one use!
