My Prada Sunglasses Damaged by Water After 1 Day, Denied Replacement Request

I purchased Prada sunglasses on July 31, 2024, and on the same day, while passing by a café, the sunglasses and my face were splashed by water from a cooling mist system. This left a mark on the frame that wouldn’t come off. I sent the sunglasses for inspection, requesting a replacement due to the defect caused by something as simple as water contact. However, I was informed that the inspection results were negative, and they wouldn’t address the issue. It’s unacceptable that sunglasses I wore for less than a day became unusable from a mere water splash. When I contacted customer service, they told me that the inspection was conducted by Prada, and they couldn’t provide a solution. I’m deeply disappointed and request a replacement for a product I was excited to buy but couldn’t even use properly for a single day.
