Porland Delayed My Order and Failed to Meet Multiple Promised Delivery Dates

On August 16, 2026, I placed an order at the Porland store located in Mall of Istanbul in Istanbul, Türkiye, to have the items shipped to my home. The information slip shows order number 584296. My order includes two Porland Illusion Alumilit 6-person dinnerware sets, a Roxen cutlery set, 12 Fia Alvin stemless glasses, two Eternal striped glass tumblers, two Ethos Danshari pasta plates, and two Ethos Danshari bowls.

Although the invoice I received stated that the products would be delivered no later than September 7, my order has still not been delivered as of today.

On August 20, I contacted Porland through Instagram. I was subsequently contacted by phone and told that the products would be delivered no later than September 7. When I called on September 7, I was told that the products had not yet been shipped and were still in the packaging stage, and that they would reach me the following day. When I called again today, I was once again told that the order was still being packaged. None of the delivery commitments I was given have been honored, and my order continues to be postponed.

I request that **all products included in my order be delivered to me in full, with nothing missing and without any further delay**. I also ask Porland to take this serious delivery delay and the inconvenience it has caused me into consideration and resolve the matter as urgently as possible.
