Complaint Regarding Order Delay by Atasun Optik

I placed two separate orders (Order No: S010283628 and S010283628) at your Mall of Istanbul branch on April 27, 2025. Although I was initially informed that the estimated delivery date would be May 5, 2025, as of today (May 21, 2025), I continue to receive SMS notifications stating that my orders are still under production. This has resulted in a significant delay and inconvenience. It is unacceptable that the delivery has not been fulfilled even after more than three weeks. Moreover, the absence of clear and accurate updates regarding the status of my products reflects poorly on your customer service. I have already made a prepayment of ₺7,821.40 and am expected to pay the remaining ₺31,285.60 upon delivery. Given the substantial value of this purchase, I expected a more reliable and transparent service. The current uncertainty is seriously undermining my confidence in your brand. I kindly request immediate action on this matter and a clear, definitive update on the production and delivery timeline. I also expect an official explanation for the delay. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue legal action and submit a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
