IKEA Customer Service Failed to Resolve My Missing Furniture Order
On 04/24/2026, I placed an order for a Fjallbo coffee table through IKEA’s mobile application. I selected the Ataköy area of Bakırköy, Istanbul as the delivery address. However, on 04/28/2026, I noticed that my order was marked as “delivered” in the system even though the product was never actually delivered to me.
My order number is 122404262456106. I contacted IKEA customer service regarding the issue, and I was told that I would receive a follow-up response. However, despite time passing, no information or solution has been provided. The product has still not arrived, yet the system continues to show the order as successfully delivered.
I request that the location of my missing order be urgently investigated, that the Fjallbo coffee table be resent to my address as soon as possible, and that the entire process be clearly explained to me in detail.
