Karaca Fine Pearl Dinnerware Not Delivered Despite Payment


In August, I purchased a Fine Pearl dinnerware set from the Karaca store at and my invoice number is 1992025000009108. Even though months have passed since my order, my product has still not been delivered, and I paid ₺25,000 at the time of purchase. I contacted the store and customer service multiple times and was first told that it would be delivered in November, but later informed that my shipment was lost and that the shipping company was not responding; these conversations are also recorded in their system. In addition, the location where my order was supposedly delivered is a market, and if proof is needed, I can obtain it through legal means without any problem. I am getting married in 1–2 months and my set is still missing. The gift set included with the purchase arrived immediately, yet the dinnerware set has never been delivered. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I want my grievance resolved. I feel like I am being stalled, and I am not requesting a refund; I am asking that the Fine Pearl dinnerware set I ordered be resent to me.
