Porland's Mother's Day Sale Gone Wrong




I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing two sets of 12-person dinnerware from Porland during their Mother's Day sale at Ankara-Nata Vega Shopping Mall (totaling 26,000 TL). I was informed that the products were not available in-store and would be shipped directly from the factory, similar to an online purchase. However, instead of receiving them on Mother's Day, they arrived on Father's Day. To make matters worse, the fragile glass items were carelessly packaged and delivered by PTT Cargo, resulting in broken and cracked products. While some level of damage can be tolerated, the real issue is that 3/4 of the items were defective or flawed, including scratches, waves, and black spots. I contacted customer service (08502594643) to address these concerns. Unfortunately, according to their policies, they only accept returns for online purchases. Despite explaining that I bought the items in-store, they refused to provide a refund, claiming that the legal 14-day cooling-off period did not apply and citing other laws in their defense. They only offered an exchange. However, after such a disappointing experience with a brand that lacks quality control, fails to prioritize customer satisfaction, and takes over a month to deliver and clean their products, I no longer wish to use their merchandise. I am requesting a refund and hope that the company will at least attempt to satisfy their customers in this matter.
