I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order placed through the Trendyol GO app. On January 7, 2025, at 6:18 PM, I ordered food from Popeyes. When the order arrived, I found that the items did not match what I had originally ordered. To make matters worse, some of the items I received were not even listed on the Popeyes menu, which made the situation even more confusing. Additionally, the food was cold, and the packaging was of poor quality, leaving a negative impression overall. I contacted Trendyol GO customer support to address the issue, but I was unable to reach a satisfactory resolution. This experience has made me question the reliability of Trendyol GO’s service. I am requesting a full refund for this order and an investigation into how such an error occurred.
