Popeyes Delivered My Order Cold, Incomplete and Late

On 06/09/2025, we placed an order from the Popeyes Atlantis branch through Yemek Sepeti. Although we ordered at 18:26, by 20:23 the status still showed “Preparing.” During this time, we contacted Yemek Sepeti customer service and were told that the restaurant had been warned and the order would be expedited, yet it was still not prepared. When our order finally arrived, the fries, chicken, and burger items were cold and incomplete. We had experienced similar issues twice before, with our orders again delivered late, cold, or missing items. Despite contacting customer service each time, the problems persisted. We paid between ₺600-₺800, and facing the same issues repeatedly despite such an amount is very disappointing. Therefore, I request an apology for the disruptions, that proper measures be taken to prevent this from happening again, and a gift coupon to compensate for the inconvenience.
