Popeyes Sent Me Wrong Burgers and Skipped My Ice Creams




On July 10, 2025, at 9:29 PM, I placed an order through Trendyol GO from the Popeyes (Esentepe) branch in Şanlıurfa for the “Algida Double Popchicken” menu. However, not only were my burgers incorrect, but the two ice creams included in the order were also missing. I tried contacting the restaurant, but I couldn’t reach anyone, and there was no follow-up from customer service. This is unacceptable for a brand that claims to value customer satisfaction. I’ve had multiple issues with this restaurant before, and now I’m reaching out to Xolvie to finally find a permanent solution.

The restaurant manager took a close interest in the issue and even made a small gesture. He stated that the problem would not happen again. Thank you.
