Popeyes Missing Items, and Burnt Food Complaint


The meal I ordered from your Popeyes restaurant in Antalya Fabrikalar Mahallesi was extremely disappointing. Several items were missing from my order and the food that arrived was burnt and lacked flavour, making it inedible and highly disappointing. Coming across such subpar service was a significant disappointment. In addition, the process for receiving a refund was just as exasperating. Even though I paid ₺5 for a sauce, I was only given a refund of ₺3, and no apology was provided for the subpar service. It's quite disappointing to witness your establishment's lack of focus on customer satisfaction and service quality. I find this kind of approach to be completely unacceptable and it has greatly eroded my trust in your brand. I demand that this situation be resolved promptly, or I will have no choice but to escalate the matter.
