Popeyes Ignored My Order

At 11:55 AM, I placed a ₺461 order at the Popeyes Maltepe store through Yemeksepeti. This order, which I planned for lunch, is still showing as “preparing” even though it was supposedly collected an hour ago, and I have not received any notification about it. When I try to cancel the order, the system does not allow it. I cannot reach the Popeyes store, nor can I connect to Yemeksepeti customer service. Even though I can see the payment on my credit card, I have been completely ignored by both Popeyes and Yemeksepeti. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. I demand either the immediate delivery of my order or a refund. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I am still waiting for a solution.
