I went to Popeyes in Alikahya, Kocaeli, for dinner with my family, and the experience was beyond frustrating. No matter what, they couldn’t get our order right. I had to go back and forth to the counter multiple times just to get the correct sauces, utensils, and tissues. Even after all that, the plate we received wasn’t our order. When I politely pointed this out to the staff, telling them that I wasn’t trying to complain but the order was wrong again, the manager responded by saying they could cancel the order if we wanted—essentially kicking us out. Despite my efforts to handle things calmly, the manager acted rudely and chose to dismiss the issue rather than fix their mistake. I left feeling disappointed and had a horrible time at Popeyes.
