Popeyes Gave Me Stale and Poor Quality Food in My Takeaway Order



When I got home and opened the order I had picked up from Popeyes, I was deeply disappointed. The quality of the food was extremely poor; stale and tiny portions had simply been reheated and packed. The sizes were so small they wouldn’t even suit a kids’ menu. The chicken and fries smelled bad, and the oil tasted rancid, which made me nauseous after trying them. The burger was far from fresh and had an unpleasant odor. It is unacceptable to serve products like this to customers. I had faced similar issues at Popeyes before, but this experience was far worse. I cannot accept such disregard for customer health and care. I will also share this situation on social media to raise awareness.
