Popeyes App Refuses Simple Sauce Swap Despite Prior Flexibility

I recently placed an order through the Popeyes Istanbul app. Previously, they called to inform me they were out of iced tea and offered a cola instead, which I accepted. Just a few days ago, I placed another order, usually selecting "repeat last order." However, with the app’s recent update, I couldn’t find that option, so I recreated the order manually. I didn’t notice, but two ketchup packets were selected by default, and if left unselected, it defaults to two ketchups.

When the order arrived, I requested to swap one ketchup for mayonnaise. The staff refused, saying they could only give what was specified in the order. I reminded them that I had been flexible before, accepting cola in place of iced tea. This time, I expected the same consideration, especially for a simple condiment swap that was in stock. They implied that I was being unreasonable for asking, which I found unfair.

I showed understanding before, so why can’t they extend the same to me? It’s frustrating to be treated this way over something as minor as a sauce packet, especially when a small gesture could have resolved the issue quickly.
