Hello, when we order from the Yemek Sepeti app, specifically from Popeyes, we always encounter issues, problems, and subpar products. We've never received a properly prepared, well-made product that meets our expectations. They often forget the special requests, send the opposite of what we ordered, or even forget the sauces. This is a highly ineffective sales strategy. If they can't manage to deliver orders correctly through the app, please don't send them at all. We don't want this kind of service. Unfortunately, it seems they don't care. People don't have to endure your low-quality and careless meals. One day, we, the customers who boost your sales, can make you disappear from the market by turning our backs on you. Please either do this job properly or don't do it at all. Tonight, I'm sharing my recent experience: We ordered the Legendary Four package for 220 TL through the Yemek Sepeti app. Here's what went wrong: We requested regular fries, but they likely couldn't be bothered, so they sent cage fries. We asked for tomatoes, but they sent them all pickled. The bread was stale, so they heated it in the oven, resulting in overcooked, burnt bread. Because they heated the bread with mayo, pickles, and lettuce inside, everything got cooked, creating a mess inside the bread. (I'm attaching photos to illustrate this.)
