McDonald's Delivered the Incorrect Order
Dear McDonald's Beylikdüzü Beykent and Yemek Sepeti Customer Service,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent order I placed through Yemek Sepeti on March 6th at 00:05 from your McDonald's Beylikdüzü Beykent branch. I ordered two beef burger combo meals under a special promotion for a total of ₺255.
Crucially, I explicitly requested peach-flavored iced tea instead of cola due to a severe cola allergy. Despite my clear instructions, the order arrived two hours late, and the beverage was mistakenly replaced with cola.
After taking a single sip, I immediately contacted Yemek Sepeti to inform them of the error and the potential health risk it posed. Being alone at home, I requested assistance, but unfortunately, no support was provided.
I waited for five days, hoping for a resolution, and eventually visited the McDonald's branch to speak with the manager. He assured me he would handle the matter, but I received no further communication.
I contacted Yemek Sepeti again, and they explained that the order was processed correctly but incorrectly prepared by the restaurant. They informed me that McDonald's had been notified and would reach out promptly.
Despite a month passing, I have not received any response from either McDonald's or Yemek Sepeti. This lack of customer service and disregard for my health is deeply disappointing.
The situation could have had severe consequences, as my cola allergy poses a serious health risk. At the very least, an apology would have been expected.
This is my final attempt to resolve this issue. If I do not receive a response within two days, I will be forced to pursue legal and social media avenues to seek justice. I will not hesitate to share my experience with relevant authorities and consumer protection organizations.

By the way, I might have stated my complaint incorrectly; the drink and the entire order were wrong.
The restaurant manager, Mr. Osman, from the Beylikdüzü Beykent McDonald's branch personally called me. I thank him for his kind and considerate behavior in resolving my problem. He personally promised to address my grievance. I tried to reach Yemek Sepeti ten times more than the complaint I wrote here, but it was in vain. Once again, McDonald's showed its difference. It was McDonald's that got back to me and solved the problem. Yemek Sepeti is over for me.
