Popeyes Sends Me the Wrong Size Soda


I was really looking forward to eating my Popeyes meal, but when I realized that the Getir Yemek app had messed up my order, my excitement quickly turned to frustration. I asked for a 1-liter soda, but they sent me a tiny 330ml can instead. I was disappointed. It wasn't even close to what I paid for or what I thought I would get. I called Getir's customer service right away because I was determined to solve the problem. I told them everything that was going on, hoping that they would realize their mistake and come up with a good solution. But their answer made me feel very sad. The customer service rep didn't seem to care, and they told me there was nothing they could do. This made me feel like I had been tricked and lied to. It's very annoying when your order doesn't go as planned, especially when you're looking forward to a good meal.
