Popeyes Order Never Arrived - I Was Left Without Food or Refund

I placed my order at 21:49. It's now 23:50, and I'm writing this complaint about my Popeyes order through Yemeksepeti. It’s been 2 hours—no food, no refund, and no one responsible to talk to. There’s no one to contact, no money, no food. My order was incomplete, incorrect, and they sent a 3-liter bottle of cola, one of which was already opened and partially consumed. While chatting with customer service, they either pretend not to understand or someone else joins the conversation and asks me to explain everything from the beginning. They ask for photos, but the system doesn’t allow me to send them. I tell them I’ve already explained everything and sent the pictures to the previous agent, but the new one still asks for photos. When I can't send them, they end the chat. So in the end, I paid nearly a thousand liras for nothing, and my children are still hungry.
