I have faced repeated issues with my last three orders from Popeyes in Kuşadası, where key items like fries and onion rings are missing. Previously, minor items like sauces would be forgotten, but I didn’t make a big deal out of it. However, this has become a consistent problem, and it’s unacceptable.
On top of this, contacting the store by phone is impossible, leaving no avenue to resolve these issues directly. Paying full price for incomplete orders feels like outright unfairness. If Popeyes cannot fulfill orders accurately and provide proper customer service, they should reconsider their operations. I demand a resolution for this recurring problem and expect accountability for the missing items.
