On October 19, 2024, I placed an order through Getir from Popeyes for 4 Maxi XL meals, 12 onion rings, and 2 one-liter beverages. However, my order was a complete disappointment. Only 1 Maxi XL burger arrived, and it was half-sized. The other burgers appeared spoiled and were tiny, nowhere near the advertised size. The fries were either burnt or frozen, one of the beverages was missing, and I didn’t receive the 12 onion rings I paid for.
I contacted customer service eight times over three days (October 19-21) to request a refund. They repeatedly failed to resolve the issue, and no one came to collect the spoiled items. On the ninth attempt, I informed them that I had discarded the inedible food after waiting three days, as keeping spoiled food at home was unreasonable. They denied the refund, claiming the items weren’t preserved.
This level of service is unacceptable. Both Getir and Popeyes showed complete disregard for their customers. I demand a full refund for the missing and low-quality items. Ignoring customers and failing to resolve such issues will only tarnish their reputation further.
