My Hungry Wait for Burger King Order Gone Wrong
At 11:13 PM on July 24, 2023, I used the Getir app to place an order for Burger King. Even though I had been waiting for over an hour and a half, my order was canceled without any warning. During this whole thing, I tried to get in touch with Getir's customer service, but they couldn't do anything to help. To my disappointment, Burger King's customer service told me to talk to Getir's. It was a waste of time to wait, and I was hungry and disappointed for hours. It's a shame that a well-known brand like Burger King is linked to a company with no rules, like Getir. I've always trusted Burger King because of how quickly they do business, but after this, I'm not so sure about the companies they choose to work with. This kind of unprofessional behavior from a delivery service is just not acceptable, and it's not what I expect from Burger King.
