Hello everyone, I am writing about my Popeyes order (Usküdar, Unalan Mah.) that I placed via Getir. My order came incomplete; the 1L Cola Zero product did not arrive. Naturally, I immediately connected to the Getir Live Support system. Unfortunately, the personnel working in Live Support could not reach Popeyes for about 30 minutes. After a long struggle, we finally managed to reach the restaurant. We voiced our complaint. They said they would deliver the product, but it never reached me in any way.
