Getir Delivered Rotten Organic Eggs and Failed to Issue a Refund

I am quite unsatisfied with the service I received from Getir. On August 21, 2024, I used the app to order a batch of 10 organic large eggs, anticipating the same freshness and quality that was stated. To my dismay, every egg in the pack had rotten. This is not only unacceptable but also poses a significant health risk. I quickly contacted Getir to report the situation, and they told me that a refund will be issued. However, it has been days and I have not got any follow-up or any information. It's infuriating to be kept in the dark after such a distressing experience. I trusted Getir for quality and convenience, but this incident has made me question their commitment to customer service. I will not use their service again, and I would urge others to do the same.
