I Ordered 4 Burgers via Getir from Burger King but Received an Empty Bag

On March 28, 2025, at 12:51 AM, I placed an order through the Getir app from Burger King. The order was delivered within 30 minutes, which is the only part that went right. When we opened the bag, we were shocked to find that none of the four burgers we ordered were inside. Seriously—how do you forget to include every single burger in a burger order?

We immediately contacted Getir support and spent 20 minutes explaining the issue through the app, but we were met with empty apologies and no actual resolution. No replacement, no refund—just wasted time and money.

As of today, I still haven’t received a proper response, so I’ll be submitting formal complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and other relevant authorities. I’ve also documented everything with photos to prove the issue.
