The Worst Franchise Representatives at Popeyes
Hello! My complaint is about the Turkish branch of Louisiana Fried Chicken, Popeyes. Our family loves the brand and the quality it implies. We always prefer this chicken to any other fast food chain. Unfortunately, the Turkish representatives of the franchise cannot uphold the high standards that the brand stands for. We lost count of the times when our delivery was carried out with multiple deficiencies or errors. Not only do the workers mix up the orders or forget to put 2-4 items but the managers do not do anything when we complain to the local food delivery service that calls them and forces them to send the missing foods. They simply never deliver them after multiple complaints. We would stop ordering food from this establishment but it is the only branch in our neighborhood and we love the taste of the chicken! The branch is in Emaar Square Mall in Istanbul.
