Unauthorized Playweez Subscription Charged to My Line

On March 10, 2025, at 5:17 AM, a Playweez subscription was activated on my mobile line without my knowledge or consent. This was not authorized by me, yet the subscription was repeated three times. When I contacted customer service, I only then became aware of this fraudulent charge and immediately canceled the subscription.

I demand an immediate refund for the amount charged to my line. This is a completely unauthorized transaction, and I will not accept being charged for a service I never subscribed to. Please take the necessary action to reverse the charges immediately. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint further.
