On 01/08/2025 at 10:31 AM, three separate usage fees of ₺99.58, ₺36.77, and ₺59.75 were charged to my line under the name Playweez 3699. These transactions were made without my knowledge or consent. I will escalate the matter to the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK) and the Consumer Court. I have never subscribed to any Playweez service, nor did I approve any payments related to it. I had encountered the same issue before in January and March. Although I had canceled my subscription and never requested any payment, it is clear that victimizing people through various methods has become a habit.
