Playweez Charged Me Through Türk Telekom for a Subscription I Never Authorized

I am a Türk Telekom mobile customer, and I recently discovered an unauthorised subscription to Playweez on my line, 5534****35. I was completely unaware of Playweez prior to this, which makes it evident that this subscription was initiated without my knowledge or approval. I promptly asked to cancel this subscription and to get a refund for the charges that were wrongfully taken from my account. As a long-time customer, it's frustrating to face these issues, and I hope Türk Telekom will take responsibility and resolve this situation quickly. I trust this issue will be addressed promptly, as I appreciate a service that prioritises transparency and safeguards its customers from these situations.

They called and asked if I could withdraw my complaint because a refund was issued, but nothing has been refunded. I waited a few days thinking it would be credited to my account, but it hasn't. I'm asking you, please don't mock people.
