Unauthorized Warranty Refund for My Pierre Cardin Bag

I was told that the bag I had sent for inspection had been refunded without any notice or return of the product covered by the warranty. Two years ago, I bought a Pierre Cardin bag that was broken and had to be sent back for warranty coverage. I was told that I'd hear back from them in 30 days. But I didn't hear back, and the product was returned without telling me. If I tried to buy the same bag today, it would cost between 400 and 500 TL, but it was returned to me for only 136 TL without my permission. This is a totally crazy situation. I didn't give permission for a return or refund, and there was no sign that the item had been sent back. The company needs to step up and take care of this problem right away.
