SunExpress Airlines Broken Suitcase and Frustrating Customer Service

As soon as I got off the plane, I saw that my bag was broken at the place where it was to be picked up. No one was around to report the problem, so I went to a nearby desk and told the staff. They put me in touch with the airline's customer service. They told me to tell them about the problem on their website. I couldn't fix the damage myself because it was so bad. I filed the report right away, but a week later, I got an email saying that the case would be closed because I hadn't given the necessary information. I called customer service right away, and they told me they had made the request and that I should wait for an email. After two weeks, I still hadn't heard anything new. After a lot of trouble, I got 325 TL for the damage to my big suitcase, which was a lot less than what I paid for it. The service and way this airline handled the situation are not good enough. I can't believe they've lasted this long on the market. Don't use this airline unless it's a matter of life or death!
