I'm writing to express my deep disappointment with a Calvin Klein bomber jacket I purchased from the Viaport store. Despite wearing it only twice, the jacket has already started to develop unsightly fuzz. When I sent it to the Kocaeli branch for inspection, my request was flatly denied.
This jacket, for which I shelled out a substantial ₺3989, shouldn't be shedding after just two weeks of use. It's disheartening to see a brand like Calvin Klein, known for its quality, fall short in this manner. This is undoubtedly a production flaw, and I insist on a prompt refund or exchange. A brand of Calvin's stature should not be producing items akin to run-of-the-mill market goods, let alone ones that are even worse.
I'm seeking a swift resolution to this issue and will be filing a complaint with Consumer Rights if necessary.
