Pierre Cardin Sold The Product But Not Provided It

I made a purchase through the Pierre Cardin app. The item was on sale, so I bought it. After a while, I received an email stating the product was 'unavailable.' I refuse to accept the excuse that they couldn't fulfill the item after I made the purchase and now want to complain about the brand. It seems like they're playing with consumers - first, they sell the product and then cancel it. If they don't have the item, why sell it through the app? If the product is in stock, why don't they send it? To resolve my distress, I demand they deliver the product to me or, if it's out of stock, procure the new season's item. They even mockingly provided a 50 TL discount code. I don't want your 50 TL; I want the product I purchased! I didn't ask for a refund, I didn't ask for money back. As customer service mentioned, when I bought it, the product was in stock; later, they decided not to send it after approving the orders.

They had said that the product was out of stock, but after one day, it turned out that the product was available. I request that this product be sent to me, and I do not accept a refund.
