Pierre Cardin Rejected My Return for Defective Puffer Jacket After Wash
The jacket I purchased through the Pierre Cardin mobile app became unusable after washing. The filling inside the puffer jacket clumped together. I sent the product to 'Aydınlı Hazır Giyim' for return and inspection, but it was sent back to me unchanged with the claim that it was due to user error. What could I possibly have done to the filling inside the fabric of the jacket to be blamed as user error? In all my life, I’ve never seen a jacket do this. This is clearly a manufacturing defect. However, Pierre Cardin seems to have a habit of blaming the customer every time. Previously, a tunic I bought tore after only a few uses, and that too was sent back with the same excuse of user error. Some of Pierre Cardin's products are truly poor in quality. But in this case, the issue with the jacket is entirely a manufacturing fault, and for the first time in my life, I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Court because of this product.
