Pierre Cardin Scam Alert! Mismatched Colors, Missing Refund for Returned Items

I purchased 8 sweatshirts from the Pierre Cardin website, but unfortunately, the colors didn't match the vibrant visuals that were displayed. As a result, I decided to return all 8 items. Even though I provided clear evidence of the package's weight and size, they insisted that only 4 items were contained inside and only refunded me half of what I originally paid. They grabbed the rest of it. They've found a clever way to make some cash - they allege that items are missing from the shipment and take your money. They completely disregard your appeal request. You're only allowed to submit an appeal request once, and they respond without thoroughly reviewing it. You don't have any entitlement to the remaining balance of your funds.
