First, check if one is via the App Store, Google Play, or PhotoRoom Web.
Cancel the duplicate: for iOS, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions; for Android, use Google Play > Subscriptions; for Web, log into app.photoroom.com and go to Your billing.
To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or Google Play's Order History for Android.
For Web App purchases, go to Your billing on PhotoRoom's site and select Request a refund.
For help, open the app, tap the help icon on the Create page, and choose Contact PhotoRoom Team.
On desktop, click the help icon at the bottom-right. Include your email and receipts to speed things up.
