Photoroom Charged My Card Without Permission—I Demand an Immediate Refund

Photoroom withdrew ₺799 from my bank card without my consent or prior approval. I was shocked to discover this unauthorized charge and immediately contacted my bank to report it. I demand an urgent refund of this amount. It’s unacceptable that a company processes payments without informing or getting permission from its customers. This is not how honest business should operate. I don’t understand who you are or what kind of service you claim to provide to justify charging such a large amount without any notification. If you want to earn money honestly, you should be transparent and respectful to your users. I expect Photoroom to take responsibility, process my refund promptly, and explain how they will prevent such unauthorized charges in the future. This matter must be resolved immediately.
