I Tried Photoroom’s 7-Day Free Trial but Got Charged Without Consent
I signed up for Photoroom’s 7-day free trial but tried to cancel my subscription on the second day due to dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, the app kept giving me errors and wouldn’t let me cancel. Now I see a charge of ₺799.99 taken from my card, even though I never used the app beyond the free trial. This unauthorized withdrawal is completely unacceptable.
I demand that Photoroom immediately cancel my subscription and refund the full ₺799.99. It’s frustrating to be charged such a large amount for a service I barely accessed and couldn’t even cancel properly due to app errors. I expect a prompt response and refund confirmation. If this issue isn’t resolved quickly, I will escalate through consumer protection and legal channels. Please fix this now and restore my money.
