I Face Wrong Subscription Charge From Photoroom Despite Canceling Trial

1

I downloaded the Photoroom app from the Apple App Store on March 7, 2026, as part of a free trial. I canceled the subscription on March 14, 2026, within what I believed was the trial period. However, despite canceling on time, I was still charged approximately $65 from my card for a subscription renewal.

I did not actively use the application during this period, and the renewal appears to have been triggered unintentionally. This charge is unexpected and unfair, especially since I canceled the subscription shortly after trying the app and had no intention of continuing with a paid plan.

The total amount charged is approximately $65, and I am requesting a full refund for this incorrect billing. I also attempted to resolve the issue through the app and other available support channels, but I was unable to reach Photoroom customer service or receive any assistance.

I expect Photoroom to review this situation promptly and issue a full refund. Additionally, I request confirmation that my subscription has been fully canceled and that no further charges will be made to my account.
