I Paid for Photoroom Subscription on Android but Lost Access After Switching to iPhone

I purchased a Photoroom subscription on my Android phone for ₺800. Later, I switched to an iPhone, but my subscription did not carry over to the new device. When I contacted Photoroom’s support team, they were unable to help me regain access. Even though I still have an active Pro account, the app is asking me to pay again for a new Pro subscription on my iPhone. This is frustrating and unfair because I paid for the service already. I feel like I’m being charged twice for the same subscription.
I demand a full refund for the duplicate charges and a resolution to this issue so I can access my paid Pro account on my new phone. Please address my complaint urgently and prevent any further inconvenience or financial loss.
