I Tried PhotoRoom’s “Free Trial” but They Charged Me Without Refund

PhotoRoom tricks people by advertising the first month as “free,” but then charges ₺800 without clear consent. I felt completely deceived and misled. If you’re going to charge a fee, why advertise it as free? This kind of bait-and-switch is dishonest and feels like taking advantage of users who trust the service. I requested a refund immediately, but they refused to return my money. If my refund is not processed promptly, I will take legal action. It’s unfair to treat customers this way, luring them in with false promises just to make money. I’m formally complaining about this unethical practice and demand that PhotoRoom stop misleading users and honor proper refund policies.
