I Tried Photoroom’s Free Trial but They Charged Me Early Without Any Reminder
I downloaded the Photoroom app to try the one-week free trial. Before downloading, the app promised to send me a reminder message before charging me for a full membership. However, without any notification, message, or warning, money was withdrawn from my account earlier than expected. This unexpected charge feels unfair and deceptive.
I tried to request a refund through their website’s refund section, but it doesn’t work at all. There’s no way to resolve the issue or contact support effectively. I demand an immediate refund of the amount taken without my consent. Photoroom must improve their communication and refund process to avoid scamming users with hidden or early charges. Please address my refund request urgently and restore my money.
