I Tried PhotoRoom’s Free Trial but Got Charged Without Notice
PhotoRoom advertised a free trial, so I signed up expecting no charges. However, money was withdrawn from my account without any notification or consent. I never received any information about the charge or a warning that my membership would continue and bill me automatically. This lack of communication is deceptive and unacceptable.
I demand an immediate refund of the amount taken without my permission. If you advertise a free trial, you must clearly inform users before charging them and offer an easy way to cancel. This practice has caused me frustration and loss of trust in your service. Please process my refund promptly and confirm that my subscription has been canceled.
