PhotoRoom App Charged Me Without Consent
On October 8, without my knowledge or permission, a subscription fee of $19 was withdrawn from my account through the PhotoRoom app on the App Store. I took action to delete my account before the free trial ended, and I was notified it would be closed shortly; however, not only was my account not deleted, but the subscription fee was still charged. I did not receive any warning, confirmation, or additional information about this charge—I only discovered it when I checked my bank account.
My registered email address: k***********@gmail.com. Currently, the subscription is still active because I have requested a refund.
I am requesting both a full refund of the charge and complete cancellation of the subscription. I kindly ask that this issue is resolved as soon as possible.
