I Got Charged by Photoroom Despite Free Trial

January 23, 2025 11:16 PM57

Photoroom advertised a free subscription trial, so I signed up expecting no charges. However, I was shocked to find that money was withdrawn from my account without any notification or approval from me. How is it possible to charge customers without asking for consent or sending a warning? This practice is deceptive and unfair.

I demand an immediate refund of the amount taken from my account. If Photoroom does not return my money promptly, I will pursue legal action to resolve this issue. It is unacceptable for a company to take funds without informing its users or obtaining their permission, especially when they promote a “free” trial. Photoroom must fix its billing practices and ensure transparent communication before charging customers. I expect a swift resolution and full refund.
