Philips EP 2200/40 Coffee Machine Spare Can't Be Procured

I noticed that the Philips EP 2200/40 brand coffee machine I bought 3 years ago was leaking water, I saw that the plastic ring called oring, which is about 4cm wide, on the brewing unit was worn out, first I called Philips customer service, they suggested a web page, there was no product there, I called again and asked me to contact the service in my city. This part was not found in the service center, I called customer service again and was told that there was nothing to do. As a result, it is considered a lack of responsibility according to the law not to have the spare part of the product it sells, I request Philips to reverse this mistake and provide the necessary spare part.
