Philips EP2231/40 Espresso Machine Spare Part Problem Persists
On October 1, 2020, I bought a Philips EP2231/40 fully automatic coffee machine for 2980 TL to use at home. We drink coffee an average of 8-10 times a day. From time to time, the product also went to the service due to malfunction. The warranty expired and I took it to the service center because it made the coffee watery. They said that the motor that presses the coffee and the ceramics that grind the coffee needed to be replaced and asked for 3100 TL. I realize that the warranty is over, but the fact that the parts of such a little-used product deteriorate so quickly is due to the poor quality of the material. I called customer service and they are not behind their products. Those who will buy a Philips coffee machine, make a good decision and don't regret it later. After 2 years, it's going to blow up in your face.
